Reducing Plant Noise

Manufacturing plants can be noisy

Conveyor chains, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors and fans together can easily put certains areas of a plant well into the 140 decibel noise level.

Often, noise controlling factors can't be altered due to the machines performance and factory output requirements. Excessive noise can also be an early indicator of upcoming problems.

In most cases however, simply upgrading to a lubricant with better lubricity reduces noise and vibration levels considerably. Here's how:

Interflon lubricants reduce noise through its superior therman stability and the ability to maintain proper vicosity thickness and lubrication film strength between machine parts.  Try us!
